How it works?

Fill out the form below to receive a no-obligation quote along with instructions on where to send your part so we can begin the process.
Your part doesn’t need to be perfect—minor damage is acceptable as long as the main features are mostly intact. If available, we can also work from the mirrored side of the part.
Once we receive your item, our engineers will precisely measure and analyze its geometry using high-accuracy industrial 3D scanning equipment.

Precision 3D Modeling with Modern Enhancements

Our skilled team of 3D modeling engineers will recreate your original part with exacting detail using advanced CAD software—either as a true 1:1 replica or with thoughtful design improvements.
In most cases, we take the opportunity to enhance weak points by reinforcing structural areas, optimizing geometry, or leveraging modern materials and techniques not available when your vehicle was originally manufactured. For example, we may thicken specific wall sections to improve strength and durability, ensuring a longer-lasting, better-performing part.
Using the finalized 3D model and FDM 3D printing technology, we produce a physical prototype to verify accuracy and compare it directly with the original part.
Based on the project requirements, we then move forward with advanced manufacturing processes to produce the final high-fidelity part—ensuring precision, strength, and durability.
To match the original as closely as possible—or meet specific project goals—we offer a variety of post-processing and surface treatment options for a finish that looks and feels just right.
