Just lit up the newly redesigned reflectors we’re using for the Zenki headlight project—and the difference is night and day. These aren’t off-the-shelf parts. They’ve been custom-engineered to fill out the entire housing, eliminating that empty, unfinished look that plagues so many retrofits.
This new design not only gives the headlights a more aggressive, complete appearance, but it also creates the perfect space for a cleaner trim setup—and room for the custom DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) we’ve got in the works. 👌
We’ve also started directing light output and working on the upper and lower cutoffs, which are now being incorporated directly into the trim design. We’ll be sharing visuals of that very soon, so you can see how clean and functional this setup really is.
